How do I use FAQ/support centre?
Basically, there are four sections in Poter’s support center, including Using Poter, Poter for business, Reviews and Photos, and Account Status.
In Using Poter, you can find fundamental instruction of using Poter. Some basic terms will be clarified in this section and you can also learn how to change basic information of your account here
In For Business, you can find solutions to problems frequently asked. And there are instructions on how to start your business page and how to manage it.
In Reviews and Photos, basic guidelines for posting reviews and uploading images are given in this section. And you will know how to make good use of reviews and photos to enhance the appeal of your business.
In Account Status, questions about your account status and updating information will be answered in this section.
