Function & Operate description：

1. It can connect with grounding test for wrist strap/table mat work  table and continue monitor the static eliminate circuit if workable or not.

2.Connect the device grounding cord to grounding point (position)       Switch “ on ” to start LED & buzzer,then connect the static          eliminate Product to the device hole, if the LED and buzzer ceased    It mean the route of static discharge connect finished.
