I  Cast Aluminum Door

Hand-casted aluminum panel allows forpatterned designs of dimensional richness unrivaled by other metals.  A generous 8mm thickness cast aluminum panelgenerates the impression of a Heavy and solid door, ensuring the ultimatebalance between safety and aesthetic.

 Door leaf - Interior consists ofa 1.6mm- to 5mm -thick welded galvanized steel plate covering a stabilizing “honeycomb”core (other materials for the core are available upon request). 8mm-thick sand castaluminum plate fixed exterior.

Frame - 1.2 mm welded galvanized steel.

Surface - An anti-rustprocess is applied to every welded joint. Door                   panels and frames are coated with heavy powder coating.  

Standard accessories– Three-dimensional adjustable heavy-duty hinge,                                     Italian CISA lock case.

Optional accessories – Italian Mottura lock, Israel Mul-t-lock,digital locks.
