powder:whipping cream= 1:6
(2) Method:
Automatic mixer (hit rate: 3): about 3 minutes whipping
By hand: at least 5 minutes
* Stop whippering when the bubbles become thick and higher *
* Drinks for 750cc can add 10-15g powder, the amount can depend on one's taste*
(3) Finished product need to be refrigerated, can be stored for 3-5 days, not to reserve over 1 day is recommended
