This equipment is designed for cleaning of solar glass plate, optical glass, and pre-laminated glass. It has high performance, high durability, high cleaning effect and is easy-to-operate. The washing machine has a 2-stage, 4-track with 8-brushes, and 2-track with 4 water-absorbing sponge wheels cleaning design with 2 separate water tanks. KCV-1400-B is also equipped with electric hearter and optional air knife for glass drying. Separate upper/lower seats of the machine allows upper seat to rise 250mm high automatically without human labor. Easy maintenance, repairing and adjustment. Minized wearing of brush wheels to achieve long lifecycle of brush wheels. Free from scraping of Low-E glass when conducting cleaning. Glass thickness is automatically adjusted with LED display simutaneously with elevating of upper seat. A wormgear transmission is designed for water transporting. All parts of the equipment in contact with water are made of stainless steel. A built-in water recycling design saves a lot of water resource.
