(1) Pipe diameter from ψ20toψ63mm with output from 150kg to 250kg/hr by twin screw extruder, with different pressure classes, pipes can be produced simultaneously on dual pipe lines with two independently controllable downstream system.
(2) Screw and Barrel is made of ACM-2 material with heat and nitride treatment, high resistance to corrosion and attrition. Unique design of thread process improves the efficiency of plasticization.
(3) Gearbox: (1) Excellent output performance by using helical gear unit, which can reduce the force of screw back pressure and operation noise. (2) Enforced oil lubrication system keeps machine running smmothly. (3) Great operation reliabilty (4) Housing of nodular cast iron improves the anti-vibration performance.
