How to use

• Soak in cold water for 3-5 minutes
• Remove the excess moisture from the surface of the scarf gently
• Can be use for any part of the body that need to be cool
• When the coolness decrease, turn the scarf to the reverse side
• Place it in the refrigerator or freezer (1 hour) for more prominent effect
• Can be use continuously up to 12 hours
• Simply repeat the above step and the scarf can be used again
