In today’s industrial applications advance ceramics are frequently used for their excellent properties in respect to weigh reduction, insulation, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal resistance. One of the main reasons that ceramic parts are more frequently used in industrial applications are lifetime and efficiency increases that can be realized over components build of other materials. This typically finally results in a cost effective solution especially when addressing wear and corrosion problems.

VTLG Asia nearly exclusively focuses on industrial applications including but not limited to grinding media, pump parts, valve parts and a wide array of structural ceramic components in capital equipment. We are able to work in various Ceramic Materials including Alumina (Al2O3), Zirconia (ZrO2), Silicon Carbide (SiC), Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) and Aluminum Nitride (AlN).

We provide Standard Ceramic Parts such us: Ceramic Balls, Grinding Media, Rods, PIN Gauges, Washers, Screws and Nuts. We are also working with our existing customer base to provide made-to-order products that we build to the individual demands of our customer, we are capable to manufacture ceramic component in various sizes for various application, from a small pin with 0.15mm in diameter for LED boding tooling to a ceramic plunger of diameter in 100mm for oil pumps.
