The flying wheels on the two sides of the jaw crusher employ an asymmetric design and are made of high strength cast steel. The movement of the flying wheels combined with a vibration effect can effectively increase the power of the crushing. The mobile base of the jaw crusher is made of high strength cast steel too. It can buffer the irregular vibration and therefore increase the stability of the crushing operation.
