AlSr10(Ingot)

Chemical composition：
Sr:9-11%；Fe≤0.2%；Ca≤0.2%；Si≤0.2%；Ba≤0.1%；Balance：Al

Use:
Used to add alloy element, and adjust chemical composition of alloy when melting. AlSr alloy is an excellent modifying agent to aluminum alloys; its modifying operation has long-effect, stability in remelting and anti-decay properties. It has no pollution, no corrosive effects. AlSr alloy is a new and indispensable modifying material in the field of auto manufcture, aluminum alloy wheel of motorbike, and superior-quantity aluminum casting in war industry.

Using method:

1.Baking before using
2.Operation temperature:680℃-720℃
3.Joint quantity:Self controlled by calculation and test according to actual condition.
4.Joint method:After digging up the scum,plunge the additives slightly to the Al liquid and mix evenly,keep immersing for 5-10 minutes.
