TS-211 is water soluble surfactant, providing paint, coating high lubricancy, dispersion, transmittancy improvement, stability reforcement, also provide high add value to paint.

With the special fluorine compound composition, TS-211 comply with low aqueous surface tensions, which is better than those hydrocarbon, PU polyurethane or silicone oil compound.
