Our Story
The brand J&G Fried Chicken comprises nearly 50 years of local Taiwanese culture and unique touch of humanity. With a great sense of persistence, it transformed into a famous Taiwanese culinary brand and has made its mark in the international market with over 500 global locations.
Over more than 40 years, what was once a humble street food shop has undergone four phases of transformation, naming standardization, franchising, corporate modeling and globalization, each filled with its unique challenges. It is hard for some to imagine the process that we went through to standardize fried chicken, which include oil quality, frying temperature, frying equipment and meat quality. We take pride in achieving a standardized procedure with continuous breakthroughs. With cautious quality control and staff development, we strive to implement the same procedure to achieve the same quality standard across all our domestic and international outlets.
