- This is one of the FPC materials, and it can also be used as a flexible electronic heater material.
- Using polyimide with 6um copper layer, without adhesive or glue.
- Polyimide Film was made in Japan, and we use Roll to Roll sputter and copper plating process to produce it.
- Compared with glued products, the overall thickness of this material is very thin.
- Excellent combination of mechanical, physical, chemical and electrical properties in a broad range of temperatures.
- High heat resistance over a long period of time.
- Good flame retardance (UL94V-0, VTM-0)
- Superior dimensional stability.
Especially suitable for high-specification products with strict restrictions on the overall thickness of materials.
