General electrolytic copper foil STD series
"STD" belonging to IPC Grade 1 is copper foil for the outer layer of hard substrates, and can handle from the thinnest 12μm to the thickest electrolytic copper foil 140μm. Since it is the only electrolytic copper foil that can handle 105μm and 140μm thickness, it is suitable for heat dissipation and high current board applications.
