PEEK filaments & capillaries, with a normal working temperature of 260 degrees, have corrosion resistance and can be used in solvents for a long time. Since PEEK filaments & capillaries themselves have hydrolysis resistance, they can be cleaned and sterilized in high temperature steam. PEEK filaments & capillaries are environmentally friendly materials that meet the US FDA food hygiene requirements, and are inherently flame retardant and can be used in a wide range of applications. Production of PEEK filaments & capillaries with the following diameter specifications: 1. 0.25 mm diameter; 2. 0.5 mm diameter; 3. 1.0 mm diameter; 4. 1.5 mm diameter; 5. 1.75 mm diameter; 6. 2.0 mm diameter; 7. diameter 2.5 mm; 8, 3.0 mm in diameter; 9, 4.0 mm in diameter.
