Cooking methods:

1. Put 20 eggs in a pot and add cold water (water must cover the eggs).
2. Add the spice pouch, tea bag (both must not be torn) and 3-5 tablespoons of soy sauce or a small spoonful of salt.
3. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, then gently crack the eggshell to allow the marinade to penetrate the egg. Add a teaspoon of brown sugar and soak for an hour to enjoy delicious tea eggs.
