Cedarwood essential oil is distilled from the wood chips or sawdust of the cedar tree. It is one of the oldest essential oils. With its warm and woody aroma, Cedarwood essential oil is calming, comforting and grounding and is known to promote skin vitality and clear breathing.

SUGGESTED USES

• DIFFUSE - Use a diffuser to fill the room with essential oil, relieve stress, and help sleep.
• BATH -  Add 5~10 drops of essential oil when taking a bath, you can relax and decompress. The warm steam in the bath can relax muscles and the pores will also open, and you can enjoy simple top-level healing.
• SNIFF - Drop 1~2 drops of essential oil on a tissue, handkerchief or mask and slowly inhale the aroma.
• CLEANING - in terms of cleaning and hygiene, you can choose Eucalyptus essential oil or tea tree essential oil. Both have protection, purify the environment and help keep away insect crises. Add 5 ~ 10 drops of 1 litre of water to wipe the floor or furniture.
• MASSAGE - Dilute with a carrier oil and essential oil and apply it to the skin to massage, promote skin metabolism, and help soothe and relax.
