Product Feature

The standard of the TGQ’s new product is “manufacturing the same stabilizer link as the OE sample via reverse engineering technology”. According to the requirements of the IATF16949 automotive quality management system and the TGQ chassis suspension system and steering system design specifications, the five core tools of the automotive industry (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP) are used.
 

TGQ designs the control arms of various suspension systems based on the original sample from  size, material and performance of the torque, gap, elastic and strength, such as MacPherson strut type, double wishbone type and multi-link type , These are the most commonly used cars in Europe, America, and Asia. TGQ has developed control arm products of different materials for different car models, such as lightweight and extremely comfortable aluminum forged and aluminum cast control arms; high rigidity and impact-resistant forged steel control arms; nice control balance and stamping control arm.



Product Quality Assurance


1.The standard of the TGQ’s new product is “manufacturing the same control arm as the OE sample via reverse engineering technology”.

 According to the requirements of the IATF16949 automotive quality management system and the TGQ chassis suspension system and steering system design specifications, the five core tools of the automotive industry (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP) are used.

2.TGQ guarantees the strength and safety of the ball joint through the impact test of the ball stud and the pull-off adhesion strength test of the ball joint, and detects the initial torque, rotating torque and elastic clearance of the ball joint to ensure the ball joint turning. Functionality, three-axis dynamic test under high and low temperature environment to ensure the service life of the ball joint.

3.Same grade of closing rings  as the original (it’s only TGQ that uses such ring in Taiwan). Use the closing rings of the equivalent grade to LEMFORDER and TRW provided by the original supplier, which is assembled in the control arm and ball joint to fix the dust cover, possibly to avoid damaging the dust cover during the assembly process in order to ensure the service life of the ball joint. 

4.Bushing is a key part of the control arm. Through rubber strength destruction test, X, Y, Z triaxial compression elasticity test, dynamic test of simulating driving conditions, multiple appropriate flexibility and precise vibration proof rubber bushings as well as hydraulic system design have been developed.

5.TGQ's dust-proof cover have anti-dust, anti-fouling, waterproof with one hundred percent protection. More than one million times of ultra-durable life test under extreme weather environment of high temperature of 70 ˚C and low temperature of minus 40 ˚C.

6.TGQ's products adhere to serious demand on all details, achieve superb technology and quality Assurance for 2-year or 50,000 km warranty.

7.TGQ uses 5S/6S Workplace Methodology to 5S/6S-SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SEIKETSU, SHITSUKE, Safety and Security, TQM (Total Quality Management), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and TPS (Toyota Production System) Toyota production system, It also takes JIT-Just in time production and Leveling System as standard, and Kanban as a method to quickly respond to and face to the market for customized service and flexible manufacturing.
