Twin Mixer Processing (CSTP-MG-TM) :
On the basis of the CSTP Series Semi-Tower Concrete Batching Plant, such as the main inclined conveyor belt for sand, the sand waiting hopper, and the mortar mixer are added. The remaining devices are the same as the CSTP Series Semi-Tower. The slurry (uniformity) and fluidity of the mixed concrete are more superior than those produced by single-mixer (Mortar Mix Gravels) and have higher compactness concrete characteristics. The production capacity of this model (Twin Mixer processing) is increased by 30m3 and 60m3 at the same time, that is, the 2.0m3 production capacity is 150m3/hr. and the 3.0m3 production capacity is 240m3/hr. .
Sand, water, powder, and additives are put into the Mortar Mixer and mixed into mortar in sequence, and then put into the Concrete Mixer (twin shafts mixer) and then mixed with the gravels (coarse aggregate) to form fresh concrete.
