Control System for Concrete Batching Plant
More 30 years experience in the automation engineering , We had designed and manufactured the computerized control system of the concrete batching plant for ready mix concrete and concrete pre-casting factories , also other industry automation such as Asphalt mixing plant , Sludge Mixing & Solidification Plant etc. .
In the Concrete Batching Plant , Both process control and operating function are programmed into “ software “ in order to avoid complex electronic circuit (boards) and reduce the possibility of hardware shut down . The hardware of control system is based on both Industrial Personal Computer ( IPC ) and interface modules ( I/O modules ) .
