PU polyurethane is an environmentally friendly material, which will naturally decompose after a long period and will not harm the environment. The advantages are fast heat dissipation, good air permeability, and light and easy to shape. It can be produce based on different strength, wear resistance, cold resistance, color, gloss, and pattern. Furthermore, it features with various color, good waterproof performance and neat edges which are widely used in various footwear such as hiking shoes, sandals, flip-flop sole and leisure shoe sole.

According to market demand, TienKang has developed automatic PU pouring machines with different station numbers. There was single-axis intermittent pouring, two-axis/three-axis continuous pouring, and the pouring point for two and three-axis type will follow the disc while rotating. There are multiple station options such as 24 stations/60 stations/80 stations to divide the curing time equally and to achieve continuous production. Automatic release agent and material drop collector can be selected to reduce labor work, increase the productivity and improve work efficiency.
