Demulsifier for metal cutting oil

Demulsifier is a kind of surface active material, which can be mainly used in cutting oil emulsion of metal cutting industry, and white turbid emulsification caused by oily substances in water. Our demulsifier is characterized by integrating demulsification and flocculation. The wastewater added agent can be directly demulsified and flocculated to achieve the characteristics of fast demulsification, clear water treatment and high COD removal rate.

Characteristics
1. Catex-646A&B can effectively reduce the total amount of waste discharge.
2. The separated aqueous phase portion can be processed into a general waste water treatment facility.
3. Catex-646A&B can treat demulsification treatment of emulsion and cutting fluid wastewater from mechanical processing and hardware manufacturing.
4. Catex-646A&B can treat demulsification treatment of emulsion and alkaline wastewater produced by cold rolling in steel mills.
Application
Catex-646A:2~4%
Catex-646B:1~3%
Process:Catex-646A after dosing→stirring for 3~5min→add Catex-646B for stirring up for the quick demulsification effect.

Packing:
120Kgs net in PE drum, Storage time 6 months. We suggest keep goods
in cool and dry place.
