1. Tau yu bak, tau yu is soy sauce and bak is meat usually pork. Tau yu bak is a Fujian dish. 2. Fujianese brough this dish to Taiwan a few hundred years ago, and since 1895 Du Hsiao Yueh developed its own recipe. 3. It is braised in soy sauce until the pork and dry prawns is tender and succulent and full of aroma and flavour. 4. There are four flavours: classic original, spicy, black Shiitake mushroom, and dried shrimps. 5. The “Dried Shrimps Pork Sauce” won “Superior Taste Award 2020” from International Taste Institute (iTQi). 6. The cans after sterilizating can keep dry prawns and tau yu bak last longer. 7. Canned pork mince (dried shrimps) sauce is easy to be carried and stored. You can serve when you go to outdoor activities and picnic. The expiration date is 12 months if it is unopened. 8.
