- Q1: Is there a minimum number when we place an order?
A1: Yes, but only for Folding Ladder series (Color: Black) and Fiberglass Stepladder series whose color need to be changed. - Q2: Could we have another color instead of silver? Is there any limitation?
A2: Yes. Silver is the basic color for our products. You may turn them into black or other colors, but there will be a minimum number of purchases, and basically is a forty-foot equivalent unit. - Q3: Is there any place to put tools on the ladder?
A3: Only the exporting products are designed in black ABS plastic lid on the top which provides various shapes of holes for placing. - Q4: How to order? How long does the shipment take?
A4: After placing an order, please remit the deposit in a week. As soon as receiving the remittance, we will immediately arrange the production line for your order, and it usually takes 35 to 40 workdays to complete producing. If you have different requirements (such as color changing or customized ladders), it will probably take 40 to 60 workdays. - Q5: Payment Term

A8: We have got the certificates of EN131, ANSI, AS/NZS and they are available to provide with exporting products. However, not all the products are included. Thus, a further confirmation is needed while purchasing.
