“GITOP® is a semi-aromatic nylon (PPA) product launched by GINAR. It is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic material. This material is close to metal in strength and toughness. It has excellent mechanical properties and outstanding dimensional stability, Performance, excellent high temperature performance and good processing characteristics. Therefore, it is often used to replace metals, and it still maintains good dimensional stability and physical properties even at high temperatures (its toughness and strength are better than PPS and PEEK at 120°C); GITOP has higher thermal performance and Water is less sensitive and harmless to the parts made with GITOP material, and can be used in products that are directly in contact with the human body (food containers, drinking glasses, etc.) “
Characteristics：
- Low moisture absorption, good dimensional stability
- High flexural and tensile strength, can replace Metal parts
- Good heat resistance, some specifications meet NSF, WRAS, ACS, KTW
- Excellent long-term heat aging resistance, some specifications can be continyously used at temperatures above 150°C
Molding conditions：
- Drying conditions：100~120°C，time：2~4 hours
- Injection temperature：280~325°C
- Mold temperature：100~140°C
