Key Features
The Bangkok branch was established on October 10, 1947, and was named after the Bank of China at that time. The branch was located near Bangkok Railway Station.
In 1992, the premises were moved from Chinatown to the current location on Sukhumvit Road in Bangkok. The premises were purchased for own use and expanded to serve Taiwanese businessmen.
On August 8, 2005, it was restructured as a subsidiary bank of ICBC's 100% investment in Thailand, and renamed as International Commercial Bank of China Public Co., Ltd., the original Bangkok branch was restructured into the subsidiary bank’s Bangkok head office, and Chonburi Branch was established at the same time.
On August 21, 2006, it was renamed as Mega International Commercial Bank Public Co., Ltd.
Established Bangna branch on October 30, 2006.
Established BAN PONG branch on May 17, 2010.
RAYONG branch was established on April 18, 2014.
