It is a 10-stage cascade inertial impactor for measuring aerosol mass size distribution in ambient atmospheric, exhaust stacks, and workplaces. The collected samples can further be analyzed for chemical compositions to obtain the size distribution of chemical species.

Patented nozzle design (7th-10th Stage), and all nozzles can be cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner. Can replace the existing nozzles of the MODUI with new patented nozzles. Each jet-to plate distance of Impactor has been calibrated to obtain highly accurate data. Whole series have  CE mark.
