GU-500 585ml epoxy anchoring injection mortar has outstanding strength adhesion for higher performance request. Resin and hardener are dispensed and mixed simultaneously through a static mixer nozzle. Pure epoxy adhesive anchor can provide longer working time and allow better flexibility during installation.
High strength fixing mortar injection epoxy adhesive

Its high bonding strength suitable for extreme load bearing applications, such like support of precast concrete and rebar fixing, bridge and dam repair, solar panel installation and professional space in construction projects. It’s suitable to use in any kind of solid substrate, such like concrete, brick, granite, stone or marble. There is also 400ml epoxy chemical anchor available.

Installation:
7 Steps to use chemical anchoring system
1. Drill correct hole size and depth on concrete/ brick/ stone/ masonry.
2. Blow out dust.
3. Clean the hole with brush.
4. Blow out remaining dust.
5. Inject adhesive from the bottom.
6. Insert stud/ bolt/ anchor/ rebar/ threaded rods into the hole.
7. Wait for few minutes. The steel and concrete will bond very firmly.
