DESCRIPTION
Printable Monomeric Opaque PVC films with clear permanent acrylic adhesive in a gloss finish are designed to be printed by all the eco solvent, solvent, Latex and UV-curable ink printers. 110µ (4.3mil) gloss white digital vinyl offers the good opacity with medium tack adhesive building to a bond within 24 hours to the graphic during application. The adhesive is protected by a high quality silicone paper that offers excellent product lay flat in a variety of ambient conditions.
The premium opaque printable vinyl is perfect for a broad range of general signage applications, including posters, retail displays and exhibition graphics. The shrinkage on the monomeric PVC film and film opacity is significantly better than of most of the competition and suitable for indoor and outdoor use, with a 3 year outdoor lifespan.
- Suitable for use on Solvent, Eco-Solvent, UV-curable and Latex inkjet printers. Always perform a test print first.

- Outdoor durability (unprinted) up to 3 years - depending on application area, purpose and environment.
- Size: 36" / 50" / 54” / 60" x 50M (L), custom size is acceptable with MOQ.
- Thickness of monomeric PVC: standard is 0.11mm (110 micron / 4.3mil). 0.08mm (80 microns) or 0.09mm (90 micron) is optional with MOQ.
- Solvent Adhesive: clear permanent, Removable Clear Adhesive is optional with MOQ.
- Finish: Glossy, Matt finish is also available by request with MOQ.
- Paper Liner: standard is one side PE coated plan liner. Two sides PE coated liner or embossed liner (bubble free / air-egress liner) by request.
- Ink compatibility: eco-solvent, solvent, UV-curable and HP latex based ink systems.
- Can be applied on smooth and non-corrugated surfaces.
- Overlamination is recommended to prevent abrasion and to extend colour fastness.
