Blockout Vinyl is a printable 110 mic (4.3mil) monomeric PVC with a removable clear acrylic adhesive in a gloss finish to be printed by all the eco solvent, solvent, Latex and UV-curable ink printers. This film was developed in response to customer demand for an easy-to-apply printable film with greater opacity. It enables customers to overlay original graphics on different substrate surfaces without show-through. This opaque printable vinyl is developed to bring high quality graphic displays to the front line.
Opaque face PVC offers the good opacity with low initial tack adhesive building to a bond within 24 hours providing repositionability to the graphic during application. The adhesive is protected by a silicone paper that offers excellent product lay flat in a variety of ambient conditions.
