DESCRIPTION
Monomeric opaque vinyl is designed to be highly resistant to solvent ink aggression during printing process and to guarantee excellent printing performance on a variety of solvent-based, (Eco)-Solvent, Latex and UV curable inks common to wide format digital printing systems. 110 mic (4.3mil) premium white Matt flexible vinyls are coated with high performance removable solvent acrylic adhesives and are suitable for mid-term applications. Matte finish is nearly reflection-free viewing at any angle.
Opaque white Printable vinyl offers the good opacity with low initial tack adhesive building to a bond within 24 hours providing repositionability to the graphic during application. The shrinkage on the monomeric PVC film and film opacity is significantly better than of most of the competition and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The adhesive is protected by a high quality silicone paper that offers excellent product lay flat in a variety of ambient conditions.

SPECIFICATION
- Size: 36" / 50" / 54” / 60" x 50M (L), custom size is acceptable with MOQ.
- Thickness of monomeric PVC: standard is 0.11mm (110 micron / 4.3mil). 0.08mm (80 microns) or 0.09mm (90 micron) is optional with MOQ.
- Solvent Adhesive: high transparency removable acrylate adhesive. Permanent Adhesive option is available with MOQ.
- Finish: Matt. Glossy is available by request with MOQ.
- Paper Liner: standard is one side PE coated plan liner. Two sides PE coated liner or embossed liner (bubble free / air-egress liner) by request.
- Ink compatibility: eco-solvent, solvent, UV-curable and HP latex based ink systems.
- Lamination is not necessary but you may make it for additional protection against sunlight and prevent abrasion when applications require.
