Application
The tension detector (load cell) is used with the tension control device to detect the changes of tension. The structure is firm and strong with high precision. When used to detect paper products, plastic films and other coils for rewinding or unwinding, the change of the diameter will change the tension as well. If the tension of the coil cannot be effectively controlled, the coil will get wrinkled, bended or change the thickness etc., and even break. During the printing process, if the web tension cannot be effectively controlled to make the web stretched, the printing position will be shifted.
