Gesong G6 Heat Seal Adhesive Film formulated specifically for
use in bonding primed rigid PVC folils to routed MDF board via
membrane pressing. This hot-melt film can easily adhere to
medium-density fiber board, particle board, and fiber board
with PVC vinyl surface. The adhesive is unique among
thermoplastic materials in that under proper conditions of
temperature and pressure. G6 will form very strong bonds
between the substrates at temperatures below it's melt point.
This allows cabinet manufacturers to run production at membrane
press conditions well within the tolerance of machine and
substrate specifications. Foil faced doors made in this manner
will endure high heat in post production performance.
When compared with two part spray adhesives, Gesong G6 provides
superior bonds in 1/2 the cycle time!
