Key Features
Nidec Sankyo specialized in customized miniature high precision ball screw in Taiwan. As both shaft ends are unworked, addtitional end matching is required to meet the customized design.
Rolled ball screws have high transmission efficiency, as compared with the conventional Acme screws, and the required torque is only 1/3 less. It makes possibility to convert linear motion to rotary motion easily.
Rigidity selected of materials, heat treatment under optimum conditions, and advanced processing ensure outstanding durability.
The ball screws with unfinished shaft ends are standardized and stocked for short delivery time. Every item has been checked for axial clearance and it will be delivered as a matched pair, nut and screw shaft.
