Air Control Unit (ACU)
ACU is specially designed to use with dense phase conveying system. When conveying under dense phase condition, referring as high pressure, low gas velocity and high particle air ratio, the granule or powder will create a slug flow. In this situation, ACU becomes a necessity for controlling and offering precise air amount to stabilize the flow.
- Component：
- Venturi control valve: adjust the amount of gas delivery.
Pneumatic components disk: Contains pressure and flow transmitter, for the amount of gas to adjust the required signal.
ACU controller: built-in microprocessor analysis and calculation, adjust the Venturi control valve opening to change the transmission gas flow. - Features：
- Adjust the delivery of gas flow, to achieve a stable transport state.
When the material may be blocked, ACR will automatically sense, and instantly increase the transmission flow, will block the exclusion, to avoid pipeline blockage.
Reduce the vibration of the pipeline due to pressure changes.
