Polyimide film are known for excellent physical, electrical, and mechanical properties even the environment temperature is from -250°C to 300°C. It can be used at both very low and high temperature. It also has excellent chemical resistance; there are no known organic solvents can damage the film. Polyimides are inherently resistant to flame combustion and do not usually need to be mixed with flame retardants.
