We
were established by Prof. Chen in 1992 starting from LA when he was a rocket
scientist for NASA. He has been the energy expert for World Bank helping people
in developing countries particularly in South-East Asia and Africa in solving
their energy problems. He is currently a professor of the aeronautics and
astronautics at National Cheng-Kung University (No 1 engineering) in Taiwan.
Also, with the excellent level of personnel availability here, we filled most
of our R&D positions with Ph.D.’s and MS’s.
