Q: | What's your package options? |
A: | We have bulk package, bag package, bubble bag package, blister card package, header card with bag, white box, brown box, or printed color box for different items. We also make customized card or box per your request. If you have special package requirement, please advise when sending the inquiry. |
Q: | Is it possible to put our logo on your product? |
A: | Yes, there are different choices for you. You can laser your logo or put a tag or sticker on the product. Our engineer will evaluate the possibility of different ways for you. |
Q: | Is it possible to use our brand packages? |
A: | Yes, we can make customized packages (header card, bags, printed box, etc.), but this might have MOQ request. |
Q: | What's the MOQ? |
A: | For most items, 2 or 3 full carton quantity is requested. Only for some items, we might request higher MOQ to use up the materials. |
Q: | Can I purchase for few pieces? |
A: | Sorry that since we are manufacturer, not retailer, there is MOQ for each item. |
Q: | What's your trade term? |
A: | We can quote FOB, CIF, EXW, DAP. Please let us know which term you would like to quote. |
Q: | What information do you need when quoting? |
A: | Please advise the estimated order quantity, so that we can quote a precise price for you. Otherwise, we will quote based on our MOQ. Also, if you have any package requirement, please advise at the same time.
If you have other requests such as the electroplating finishes, the flow rate request, the lead free request, certificates request, please also advise. |
Q: | Can you quote for different quantity? |
A: | Yes, and if you have large order quantity, please advise when sending the inquiry. We will quote a discounted price to you. |
Q: | What should I pay for samples? |
A: | For the first order, you need to pay sample charges and courier fee (express freight). From second order, there is no charge unless the unit value is higher. |
Q: | How long can I get the samples? |
A: | Usually you can get samples in one week. But it might take longer if the item is out of stock. |
Q: | How long is your shipping date? |
A: | Our standard lead time is 45 days.
But for the first order, since we check each step carefully, the lead time will take 50-60 days.
For OEM project, the lead time is different based on different cases. |
Q: | Is there any extra charge I should pay for an order? |
A: | For order under US$6000 (FOB term) and US$8000 (CIF term), there is handling charge US$150. This is to cover the extra costs such us the inland truck fee, CFS charges, Customs clearance fee, and the forwarder charges. For orders which meet our MOA above, we will absorb all these fees by ourselves. |
Q: | What's your shipping way? |
A: | We provide ocean shipment (to port), air shipment (to appointed airport), and also courier/express (door to door) service. |
Q: | What's your payment term? |
A: | We accept T/T, L/C, PayPal
30% down payment; 70% upon receipt of copy B/L |
Q: | Do you provide OEM or ODM service? |
A: | Yes, we also manufacture products based on customers' drawing or samples. We already made lots of brass / bronze products to our customers. We also make insert molding products (brass inside plastic), which will need mold charges. |
Q: | What's the procedure of OEM products? |
A: | Quote - Drawing for confirmation- Order - Sample approval - Mass production
We will quote the price and mold charge (if need) based on customers' drawing or samples. After the price is accepted, we will make our drawing for customers' approval. During this process, our engineer will discuss with the customers if there is any part needed to be modified. Then we make samples for customers approval. Only when the samples are approved, we will arrange the mass production. |
