Dia 25mm flexible plastic tube, normally can be applied on cosmetics, skincare product, gel essence, lotion, hand cream or some liquid products.

The capacity of diameter 25 tube packaging can be customized through changing tube length. Volume range from 15ml~60ml. (0.508oz~2.029oz)

As to the decoration of the cosmetic tube packaging, I.TA can make custom tube color and provide private printing or labeling on the tube body, cap color can also be customized or metalized.

Normally, the tube sealing part can be either tail sealing or foil temper sealing. Depends on where do you fill your formula into the tube packaging.

I.TA tube volume ranges from 3ml to 300ml. The tube capacity varies from different dimension and different tube length. We would love to send free samples to test the volume and compatibility test. Please see the chart below to know the tube capacity.

Surface Printing Dieline

After receiving your artwork, we will pass it to our art team for adjustment, and after that, we will make another confirmation for producing printing plate. Normally, we accept files of AI or PDF format artwork. Please see the chart below to know the printing dieline of each dimension.

1.How many colors can be printed on the products?

We have three kinds of printing methods for you to choose,

• Offset printing: it has 6 colors at maximum and can be divided into two part, which are matt and glossy.
• Silk screen printing: it has 3 colors at maximum
• Hot stamping:it has 2 colors to choose

2.How do I get some free samples?

We can offer you 5 free samples for each sizes, however the shipping fee is expected to pay by the buyers.
