Details
19mm diameter nozzle tip cosmetic plastic tube range from 5ml~25ml (0.17oz~0.85oz). The capacity of tube packaging can be customized through tube length.
Dia 19mm tube with high screw cap(witch cap), normally can be applied on makeup, lip cream and lip treatment products. Also can be used on small capacity cosmetics or skincare product.
As to the decoration of the cosmetic tube packaging, I.TA can make custom tube color and provide offset printing, silk screen printing, hot stamping and labeling on the tube body, cap color can also be customized or metalized.
The tube sealing part can be either tail sealing or foil temper sealing. Depends on where you fill your formula into the tube packaging.

Specifications and capacity
I.TA tube volume ranges from 3ml to 300ml. The tube capacity varies from different dimension and different tube length. We would love to send free samples to test the volume and compatibility test. Please see the chart below to know the tube capacity.
Surface Printing Dieline
After receiving your artwork, we will pass it to our art team for adjustment, and after that, we will make another confirmation for producing printing plate. Normally, we accept files of AI or PDF format artwork. Please see the chart below to know the printing dieline of each dimension.

1.How many colors can be printed on the products?
We have three kinds of printing methods for you to choose,
- Offset printing: it has 6 colors at maximum and can be divided into two part, which are matt and glossy.
- Silk screen printing: it has 3 colors at maximum
- Hot stamping:it has 2 colors to choose
2.How do I get some free samples?
We can offer you 5 free samples for each sizes, however the shipping fee is expected to pay by the buyers.
