Fish Net PA-Turn-key Recycling Washing Line

Function:

A professional fish net waste turn-key washing recycling line.  This fish net waste turn-key washing recycling line especially developed by KOWIn is for fish net scrap of PVC, PA, PP, PE and other plastic material type.  To increase the strength and durability, the fishing net in the market are mostly made of mixed plastic material, which is not easy to separate and recycle.

However, with a series of proper-arranged process designed by KOWIn engineering team according to customer’s requirement, fish net can be well-recycled into profitable final product, that is, after this washing line, it gets recycled fish net flake as the final product, which is directly available for extrusion-pelletizing, producing fiber or other recycled plastic products.

Production process: 

Crusher→Two-Agitating-Shaft Friction Washing Machine→Detergent Washing Machine→Squeezing-drying Machine.
