Bottle Bale Pre-Processing Cleaning System

Application Features:

A set of complete bottle bale pre-processing sorting recycling equipment. 

Before sending to the recycling plant for post consumer of PET, PP, PE bottle or container. Like milk bottle, shampoo bottle...etc.  Before sending to recycling plant, the post-consumer plastic waste will be compressed into bales.  Therefore, when the plastic waste material arrives the recycling factory, the first step is to de-bale; then roughly filtering/screening separation, magnet sorting, and label removing, then process by the manual/worker inspection belt conveyor for sorting or the sorting machine, so as to ensure the stability of material before entering into the next stage of washing and recycling.
