DESCRIPTION
#SHVC series is a high performance grade polymeric calendered vinyl for printers using solvent, eco-solvent, UV-curable and Latex ink. Polymeric Films are made of long-chain plasticizers that bind well into the film. It is more stable, and is less likely to shrink. For this reason, polymeric film is best for both indoor and outdoor applications including mild curves. Also, polymeric film usually has a long term outdoor durability, which is longer than monomeric film.
The premium quality film, adhesive and liner, combined with IPC's distinctive coating technology provide outstanding print performance. It is designed for application onto flat or slightly curved surfaces, such as vehicle graphics, indoor or outdoor signage and window graphics.

FEATURES / APPLICATION
- Use for (Eco) Solvent, UV-curable and Latex ink.
- Surface finish: Ultra Glossy, glossy and matt white.
- Film incorporates specific polymeric, non-migrating plasticizers and UV-stabilizers, which ensure long-term outdoor durability.
- The Grey, pressure-activated adhesive is optional. It offers higher levels of opacity, easy sliding and repositioning.
- Less shrinkage.
- Moderately priced.
SPECIFICATION
- Size: 36" / 50" / 60" x 50M (L), custom size is acceptable with MOQ.
- Thickness of Polymeric PVC: standard is 0.10mm (100 micron). 0.08mm (80 microns) or 0.09mm (90micron) is optional with MOQ.
- Solvent Adhesive: standard is clear permanent. Clear removable, grey permanent or grey removable is optional with MOQ.
- Finish: Ultra glossy, glossy or matt.
- Paper Liner: standard is two sides of PE coated liner. One side of PE coated liner or embossed liner (bubble free) is by request.
- Can be applied on smooth and non-corrugated surfaces.
- Recommended laminating to prevent abrasion and to extend colour fastness.
- Great for Interior and exterior signs, retail signage, window graphics, vehicle graphics onto flat or slightly curved surfaces.
