【Introduction】 A steering wheel direction indicator indicates the turning direction of and the number of turn performed on the vehicle steering wheel at the time. Using the steering wheel direction indicator while driving or parking a vehicle, the driver can easily control the motion of front tires of the vehicle and the device provides a function to assist the driver. The product has been recognized and granted with a patent of new invention in Taiwan. ●Remind the driver to turn the tires straight when parking the vehicle, so that the wearing of vehicle mechanical parts can be reduced. Turn the steering wheel direction straight when parking the vehicle before switch off the engine to reduce the wearing of vehicle mechanical parts and take into account the safety of pedestrians. By using SWDI, the driver does not need to move his/her head out to see the tires, nor to move the vehicle back and forth to check the direction of tires, and can still adjust the steering wheel easily to bring the direction of tires back to straight. ●Assist the new driver to operate the steering wheel correctly during the learning period. Since a new driver may not be able to fully control the turning of the steering wheel and the vehicle movement, SWDI can assist the new driver to speed up on getting familiar with the steering wheel and a sense of direction of in terms of vehicle movement through the visual indication of the indicator. Thus, the new driver can manage the learning period smoothly. ●There is no need to connect the indicator to the power cords of the vehicle nor to change the vehicle structure. The device uses AAA dry batteries and can be installed without the need of connecting to the vehicle power supply or removing and installing cables. ●Compact in size, minimum space required. Easy to install or uninstall. The device is suitable for all vehicle models. No tool is needed. Simply apply the adhesive tape to mount it.
