Control System for Asphalt Plant

We provide the advanced computerized control system . The industrial computer is used to meet application requirement . The system is designed into modular , easy to system configuration , the functions will be software modular .The hardware also are designed the board modular with standard components . That make easy to replace the parts . The control panel is also equipped with the various temperature controllers ( PID & on/off controlling function) , weighing indicators ,differential pressure gauges , dampers opening display and various push buttons . The data processing of production function are available such as production report , daily report , monthly report . The control system will be connected with other computer ( may be in site office or remote office ) via Ethernet networking to supervision .

Advantages of this system:

1. Aggregate ignition and frying, recycled material ignition and frying, metering/discharging and mixing 3 subsystems are integrated into a single operation panel system (3 in 1).

2. Friendly operation interface: The operation function is block-based, simple and convenient.

3. PID temperature control: the throttle of the bone burning machine, the throttle of the recycled material burning machine.

Throttle actuation signal: Motor forward and reverse rotation mode (3-wire proportional valve) or 4-20mA mode.

4. The host computer of the instrument control system adopts industrial grade computer(IPC), which is stable and reliable.

5. Remote program modification monitoring function: When the control program needs to be added and modified in the future, after the company adds and modifies, the new program is loaded into the computer in the customer operation panel through the Internet, and then the company uses remote monitoring to troubleshoot Check and repair.

6. The process control can be designed according to the mechanical process, and the programming is modularized. The control program software is the company's independent copyright.

7. All have micro-metering function (or inching function), so that the measurement accuracy is better.

8. The mechanical action status is displayed in the dynamic flow chart, allowing the operator to easily grasp the entire process status.

9. The main control display screen; dynamic process display and abnormal condition warning display, so that the operation is easier to grasp the strain.

10. Daily and monthly report statistics function.

11. 6-point temperature record, stored in the computer hard disk and report printing.
